Abdulaziz Althunayan MD, MBA, FRCSC, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of King Saud University- Medical City, Riyadh, effective October 2026. He previously served as Chief Medical Officer from July 2024 to October 2026 and held several leadership positions, including Deputy Medical Director at King Khaled University Hospital, Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Operating Room Department, and Head of the Urology Division. He has also served as a Consultant Urologist at King Saud University Medical City since 2016.
