Afshin Yazdani Esq has been appointed as Managing Director of YLG Cross-Border in Dubai, effective October 2026. He continues to serve as Managing Director of YLG Professional Corporation in Toronto, which he founded in 2019, overseeing legal services across immigration, international business and litigation. He has also established and led legal ventures including YLG-Tehran Law Group Group, YLG Business Angel Investor and Yazdani & Associate Consulting. Earlier, Afshin served as Legal Advisor at Al Zahmi Advocates and Legal Consultants and Senior Legal Advisor at Alwasl International Group Advocates and Legal Consultant Consultants in Dubai. His professional experience also includes roles at Moloudi Law Group and National Iranian Oil Company, along with serving as Chief Executive Officer of TFN Toronto Farsi Network and Lecturer of Law at Islamic Azad University.
