Ollie Waterman appointed as Regional Director – Middle East at McLarens, effective October 2026

Ollie Waterman has been appointed as Regional Director – Middle East at McLarens, effective October 2026. Prior to this appointment, he served as Commercial Development Director – Middle East at McLarens, following a four-year tenure at Crawford & Company, where he held senior positions including Head of Property and Associate Director, Global Technical Services. Earlier, Ollie worked as a Senior Chartered Loss Adjuster and Major & Complex Loss Adjuster at Crawford & Company, handling complex property, industrial, marine, construction and business interruption claims across the MENA region and the UK. He also spent nearly a decade at Woodgate and Clark Limited, managing commercial property losses and operational initiatives.
